Dayna Adams has been dancing for 21 years.  She first started her training in Tap, Ballet and Gymnastics in Camarillo, California.  After moving to Utah she trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Modern, Pointe, Hip Hop and Acro.  While attending Hillcrest High School she was a part of the Region, State and National Champion Drill Team, Dance Company, and Song/Cheer.  After high school she was accepted ino the dance department at the University of Utah, but took a scholarship with the Crimson Line Dance Team for three years.  She has danced with Transfusion Hype, The Contemporary Movement, and Hart Dance Company.  She has had the opportunity to be the opening or background dancer for many artists, including Kelly Clarkson.  She was a principal dancer in the "City of Joseph Pageant" in Nauvoo, Illinois, and Opening Dancer at the 2002 Winter Olympics Medals Plaza and 2003 Indy 500.  Although performing is a passion, Dayna loves to teach as well.  She was the dance company teacher at Eastmont Middle School for four years.  She then transferred to West Jordan High School to teach Cheer.  Dayna has earned a Bachelors in Speech Communication from the University of Utah, and is currently the Head Coach for the West Jordan Drill Team.
