CLASS REGISTRATION

To register for classes, please submit both a REGISTRATION FORM and a PAYMENT AGREEMENT.  These forms may be faxed to The Dance Company at 801-503-0026 or mailed to: The Dance Company, 2121 E 2100 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84109.  Registering for classes indicates that you understand and agree to abide by the policies outlined in our Student/Parent Handbook.

Please understand that we must keep size limits for our classes.  If you register for a class that is full, we will notify you as soon as possible.

 TUITION PAYMENTS

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $25 per student or $40 per family per year.  This helps cover insurance, bookkeeping and other administrative costs.

For your convenience, Season tuition is divided into five equal installments.  Tuition is based upon the total number of classes offered during the Season, and divided into five equal payments.  Therefore, tuition payments are the same for each payment during the Season.  Payments will deposited and credit cards will be charged on the first of September, November, January, March and May.  Any changes to payment method or accounts must be made prior to the 15th of the month before the next payment is due.
