Aly started taking ballet at The Dance Company at age 3, soon after she picked up jazz, hip hop and tap classes as well. At age 9 she made it on to TDC’s performing companies and every other year after that, competing, performing and taking classes in New York with the company. In high school she was on Highland’s Dance Company all four years learning new styles, holding multiple leadership positions and choreographing for the spring concert. After graduation, Aly went to Utah State University where she took ballet and also gymnastics courses which is where her love for acro began. When returning home from school she was fortunate enough to return to TDC and started teaching jazz, hip hop and tap classes. In the summer of 2017 she received her certification in Acrobatic Arts and began teaching acro that fall. Aly loves The Dance Company as it has always been like a second home to her.
